RAAC blocks are nominated into SRP based on the DfE's national survey. A trust can express interest but cannot self-nominate.
CIF can fund related condition work in adjacent unaffected blocks where the grade C or D rule is met independently.
RAAC and CIF: where RAAC projects sit
RAAC-affected blocks are typically routed to the School Rebuilding Programme, not CIF. CIF can still fund the surrounding condition work, evidence packs, and decant-related projects that are not the RAAC element itself.
